Tickets must be purchased at least 1 days before the departure date.
Destinations and Routes cannot be changed.
All passengers are advised to book and travel a minimum of 12 hours before a flight.
Infant prices are available for infant aged between 0 – 4 years will not be charged.
Departure and arrival times can be subject to change due to weather conditions, Boonsiri SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any such delays.
Maximum 20KG luggage allowed per passenger, excess luggage will be charged at 20THB per KG not exceeding 30KG.
Smoking is not permitted in the cabins of our boats or on any of our buses.
Cancellations: The ticket is nonrefundable
Amendment: If you would like to postpone your schedule, please inform to us at least 3 days before departure.
No-shows: Customers must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Failure to check-in on time or in the case of missing the boat, the company reserves the right to no refunds.
Water sports equipment (Such as short boards, long boards, skim boards, knee boards, windsurfing boards etc.) will be subject to a fee of 400THB for travel by bus and boat or 300THB for travel by boat only.
Bicycles – will be subject to a fee of 700THB (restricted to folding bicycles only) for transport by bus and boat or 500THB for transport by boat only.
The company does not transport any form of motorcycle.
Do not bring any form of pet or animal as well as explosives, weapons etc onboard without prior clearance and approval by an authorized staff member. Please contact our office/pier staff for further instructions and procedures to be followed.
