Cancellation, Amendment, and Baggage Liability Policy
(Strictly for direct bookings with Boonsiri High Speed Ferries Co., Ltd. and Boonsiri Sealine only!!)
Effective Date: March 1, 2026, onwards
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 1.1 Cancellation Right: Passengers can cancel their trip and receive an 80%
refund of the ticket price.
- 1.2 Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the
departure date (based on the company's operating hours).
- 1.3 Exceptions: Strictly no refunds or cancellations for travel during public
holidays under any circumstances.
- 1.4 Refund Process: The company will process the refund within 3 business
days after a valid cancellation is confirmed, via the original payment method.

3. Baggage Liability Policy
- 3.1 Damage/Loss Compensation: If baggage is lost or damaged and it is
verified as the fault of Boonsiri High Speed Ferries or Boonsiri Sealine, the company will provide compensation up to a
maximum limit of 2,000 THB.
- 3.2 Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed up to 20 kg of carry-on
baggage. Excess baggage will be charged according to the company's freight rates.
- 3.3 Baggage Care: Passengers are responsible for taking care of all their
belongings. The company reserves the right to deny responsibility for damages caused by force majeure or the passenger's
own negligence.
4. Additional Important Information
- 4.1 Check-in: Please check in at the company's office/booth at least 1 hour
before the scheduled boat departure time. Late arrivals must purchase a new ticket at full price; no refunds or schedule
changes will be permitted.
- 4.2 Pets:
- 4.2.1 Speedboat: Strictly NO pets allowed on board.
- 4.2.2 Ferry: A service fee must be paid at the pier. Pets must
remain in the Outdoor zone only (not allowed in air-conditioned rooms). Pets must be under supervision at all
times, weigh no more than 15 kg, and be kept in a carrier or on a leash.
- 4.3 Pregnant Women & Infants:
- 4.3.1 Pregnant Women: If traveling by speedboat, please consult a
doctor beforehand. The company assumes no responsibility for any adverse health effects caused by the boat ride.
- 4.3.2 Infants (0-4 years): Must be declared in advance at the time
of booking. If not declared and the boat is fully booked, the company reserves the right to strictly deny
boarding. Infants must be under the constant supervision of a parent/guardian during the trip.
- 4.4 Weather Conditions: If weather conditions prevent the boat from
operating, decisions will be based on the Marine Department/Pier announcements to prioritize passenger safety. The company
reserves the right to refund the fare difference if passengers must be transferred from a speedboat to a ferry.
- 4.5 Connecting Flights: Since boat travel times may vary due to weather
conditions, passengers with connecting flights should allow 2-3 hours of buffer time between the boat's arrival at the
pier and their flight boarding time.
- 4.6 Cross-Border Travel (Thailand - Cambodia):
- 4.6.1 For cross-border packages, travelers must verify entry/exit conditions and visa
requirements themselves (please contact the respective embassies).
- 4.6.2 The company reserves the right to deny refunds in all cases if you cannot cross
into your destination country for any reason (e.g., denied entry by immigration, incomplete documents, expired
passport).
- 4.6.3 Passports must be valid for at least six months on the dates of departure and
return.
- 4.6.4 The company is not responsible and will not refund tickets if you transport
prohibited or illegal items across borders and are arrested, fined, or denied entry.
