Cancellations Policy

1. Please note that the booking is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Reservation Change

1. In case of booking only the ferry, please notify us to postpone at least 3 days before departure date and specify the date that you would like to change for further process to revise the documents. Please note that cannot change the non-specified ticket (If you are not notify the new travel date before departure date. You must be paid for the new ticket)
2. In the case of booking both Bus and ferry, please notify us to postpone at least 3 days before departure date. If you notify us less than 3 days, you must be paid a new ticket both of Bus and ferry (please notify to change within working hours 8:00 am - 16:00 pm - Thailand time)

3. In case of booking bus or boat tickets on a public holiday cannot be postponed or changed in any case. Please adhere to the reservation if unable to travel. The company cannot refund the booking.
4. In case of postponing the travel date, it can only be postponed from the original itinerary booked for 1 month but cannot be used in public holidays or holiday festivals. It is not possible to change the itinerary or modify the reserved bus and boat or in case is full, can not separate tickets or booking routes in the same booking in all cases (please notify to change within working hours at 8:00 am - 16:00 pm - Thailand time)
   * There are 3 ways to postpone your trip:
   - 1. Postpone early travel date
   Ex. Originally, traveling 15/4/21, postponed the 1st time to travel to 15/10/21 and would like to change the date of the 2nd time. By the new schedule as 10/09/21, Please notify your request for postponement again. No later than 7/09/2021 at the latest, along with specifying that the second request for change is intended to travel on 10/09/2021.
   - 2. Postpone extended travel dates
   Ex. Originally traveling on 15/4/2021, the first time was postponed to traveling on 15/10/2021. After that, if you want to change the travel date for the second time. Please notify us of your wish to postpone the date. Latest no later than 12/10/2021 (3 days before booking, Please adhere to the latest travel date that has been changed) and notify the postponement within business hours, which is 8:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. along with notification of the new travel date. In case you would like to reschedule the trip to 20/12/2021.
   - 3. In the case of not notifying of the intention to postpone the travel date.
   On the date specified according to the company's regulations, the boat ticket or voucher will be used automatically. According to the original travel date specified in the latest booking.
   
5. In case of an urgent booking within 24 hours before departure, you cannot change the travel date. Based on the customer who reserved the tickets, no refund in case the customer cannot travel as booked.
6. In case passengers cannot travel, you can change passengers name instead of you.
7. For Ferry/bus reservation, In case the government announces special or additional holidays. The schedule cannot change in every condition.
8. The schedule can be changed only 1 time without any charge. If more than 1 time is required to pay the full amount of the new ticket.
9. In case of unexpected weather conditions that make the ferry stop the services. This condition will follow the announcement of the Marine Department only for the security reasons of passengers.
10. The schedule can be accepted on the same route. Different routes cannot be acceptable, if the passengers would like to change in different routes they will be required to pay the full amount of the new ticket.
11. In case of amendment booking, you will receive the revised voucher via email mainly within 24 hours. if you don't receive the voucher. please contact : +66(0)8 5921 0111( Phone number) / @boonsiriferry (Line). Please always check your email to protect your interests because if you do not reply to the email we will assume the customer has received it.
12. Those who book a package for Bangkok and Pattaya or other routes that the company provides both bus and boats from Thailand to Cambodia or from Cambodia to Thailand. You must check the conditions for entry Border from Thailand to Cambodia by yourself or You can contact the embassy of your country before traveling
13. In the case that you reserve a package for a bus and boat or just a boat or even traveling by bus from one country to another country across international borders but you are unable to travel across to the destination country that you have booked for any reason, including not passing through immigration control or other factors that come from your own conditions or even other factors that cannot be specified. The company couldn’t refund in all cases for all routes that you have reserved.
14. In the case that you book a package (bus and boat ticket for all routes), if while traveling you escape along the way or escape at the bus transfer point. Failure to follow the orders of the company's employees will be considered as your intention not to travel with the company. The company cannot be responsible and refund the difference in the cost of the Bus or boat.
15. In the case that you purchase a bus and ferry package from Thailand to Cambodia or from Cambodia to Thailand but you cannot pass through the immigration checkpoint and have used bus service but are unable to travel across the border to another country according to the ticket purchased package. The company couldn’t refund the balance of the ticket price if you are unable to cross the border. Due to international cross border, you must check the information and regulations on your own country
16. Those who use the service to travel packages on all routes that the company has sales. Crossing between Cambodia and Thailand or Thailand to Cambodia. Please check your passport. your own Passport expiration date on the date of departure and return, should not be less than 6 months from your departure date (in the case that you are unable to cross borders or have an expired passport. The company couldn’t refund the booking)
17. If discovered bringing restricted or illegal things into the country, whether from Thailand to Cambodia or Cambodia to Thailand, you could be penalized or possibly barred from entering. The service provider is not accountable for it and is unable to reimburse you for the reserved tickets that you have paid for. Please familiarize yourself with the destination country's forbidden item policies. At the border crossing where you go, you can get more information from customs, the embassy, or the immigration police at the border checkpoint where you travel.
18. Travel internationally Travelers must verify whether they need a transit visa and the criteria for independently entering and leaving each nation.
19. On some routes, there is a service to select from a lunch box menu for routes where packages include tickets. The meal will be produced as a menu of chicken fried rice or veggie fried rice if you aren’t informing the staff of the menu. However, if some routes only offer a la carte menu is available at the bus station area

Check-In

1. Please check in at the office or the boots of ferry’s company at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. In case of passengers miss a booked schedule. Passengers have to pay for a new ticket. The company reserves the right to refund and changes for a time table.
2. For buying or upgrade a new tickets. Please pay directly at port, the price will be the same rate at the office.
3. If you would like a seat in the VIP room for more privacy, there is a service charge of 100 baht per additional seat, which can be upgraded. Please ask the officer as there is VIP room service on some routes only.

Regulations for Getting a Ferries / Speedboat

1. The ferry allows only booked passengers to get on the boat. In case you bring other passengers after booking even a child without your notice, our company reserves the right to not allow you to get the ferry in the case of a full.
2. Speedboats are not allowed for a pet. However, in case of a ferry passengers have to pay for pet service charges at the port and only for the outdoor area. The company reserves the right to sit in the air conditioned room.
3. In the case of the company that passengers reserved, they have services both for ferry and speedboat. The passengers have already booked a speedboat. Because of the problem of weather conditions, the speedboat cannot service. Passengers can change to a ferry with the same schedule booking only. The company reserves the right to refund for the different service charge because of weather conditions, the company must be based on safety.
4. Please note that you are not allowed to drink alcohol while traveling on a ferry.
5. In case of pregnant women passengers for speed boat booking. Please check with the doctor before traveling. In case of unexpected situations that affect pregnant women passengers. The company will not be responsible.
6. When you book a car or boat, you must ensure that any young children you are bringing along are always in the care of their parents

Passengers Continue to Take a Flight

• During the time travel may be changed because of the weather conditions. The company cannot be informed in advance. In the case of passengers planning to continue to take a flight, please take time 2-3 hours from the scheduled time to arrive at the pier.
• Remark : 1. Duration may change according to the weather, wave conditions or road conditions. 2. In the case of the boat delay due to weather conditions and affecting the travel on other routes for all passengers, not under the responsibility of the boat. The company takes passenger safety as the top priority.
