For traveling to Koh Kood, Koh Mak and Koh Chang, there are a lot of people such as tourists, including the villagers who stay on the island. Booking a ferry ticket in advance is important because of the boat has a limited number of seats and rounds.
Getting the boat to cross to Koh Kood, Koh Mak, Koh Chang, by using the service of Boonsiri High Speed Catamaran, must take the boat at Laem Sok Pier only. Should allow time to arrive at the boat office, at least 45 minutes before the departure time.
Boonsiri High Speed Catamaran offers a high speed ferry catamaran, with high safety standards and it is the fastest boat right now. Koh Mak Transfer service from Ao Nid pier to the resort. Customers must inform the resort to waiting to pick you up at the pier.
Koh Chang The company provides shuttle bus service from Bang Bao Pier to resort accommodation in the west coast of Koh Chang zone from White Sand Beach to Bang Bao Pier. There is no service for other area.
You can cancel the booking but there is no refund in any case. So, if you cannot go, you should postpone the booking to defend your interests. You can postpone the booking by let us know at least 3 days before your travel date and you must notify the new travel date to issue a new document. You can postpone the booking only 1 time for free. If your travel date falls on a holiday or in case that the boat is full, you cannot postpone the booking. You cannot take a car or motorcycle over the ferry to the island. However, our office has many parking lots for you.
Our office area has a parking lot for you there is both indoor and outdoor parking. In addition, it is also having a standard and safe because there is the time to close and CCTV to service. The service fee is just 50 Bath/Day/Car.
If you must go to Bangkok before by taking a plane and you would like to take our bus service to transfer. You can take off both Don Muang Airport or Suvarnabhumi Airport because BOONSIRI FERRY (Bangkok) is located around Khao San road that is the center of both airports about 25-30 kilometers away.
We include a shuttle bus service between the pier and the accommodation on the island for free if you use our ferry service. So, if the bus does not come to pick you up as scheduled. If you missed the scheduled boat trip, you must buy a new ticket. You must go to the next round and pay a new ticket at the pier at the rate specified by the pier. You will not be able to use your missed boat ticket for the next round and there is no policy to refund anyways. Therefore, please arrive at the pier at least 40 minutes before the scheduled boat trip to defend your interests.
