The Grand Lion group signs with Marriott International for Le Meridien Sihanoukville

The Grand Lion Group, a Cambodian real estate company, has signed an agreement with Marriott International to manage and operate a new hotel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. It will open as Le Meridien Sihanoukville. The hotel brief details are as follows:

Le Meridien Sihanoukville will be 388 rooms.It will be part of the $ 200 million Gold Coast complex at the Sihanoukville complex near Sihanoukville International Airport. It starts building in 2019 and is expected to be ready for service in 2022.

The Gold Coast at Sihanoukville is Gold Lion's second hotel deal with Marriott International Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap Resort, following the success of the first Cambodia Gold Coast. Le Meridien Sihanoukville is the new Gold Coast as interesting as the Marriott Siem Reap.

Due to many businesses investing in Sihanoukville. It is good for tourists. In the future, this city will become a full-fledged tourism and entertainment city.
